Once production has begun on custom pieces, cancellations cannot be accepted.
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all certificates and tags attached.
Exchanges are available for size adjustments or alternative designs within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability.
