JP Jewellery offers lifetime exchange on all gold jewellery purchased from our store. You can exchange your gold pieces for new designs anytime, paying only the difference in weight and making charges plus applicable taxes.
Exchange Terms
Original invoice must be presented at the time of exchange
Jewellery must be in original condition (except normal wear and tear)
Exchange value is based on current day's gold rate
Making charges and taxes are applicable on the new piece
Diamond and gemstone jewellery can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase
Buyback Policy
We offer buyback of gold jewellery at prevailing market rates. The buyback value is calculated as:
Gold value = (Weight in grams × Current gold rate) minus applicable charges
Diamond value is assessed based on current market rates and certification
Making charges are not refunded in buyback transactions
Refund Policy
For online purchases, refunds are processed under the following conditions:
Damaged/Defective Products: Full refund within 7 days of delivery
Wrong Product Delivered: Full refund or replacement at no cost
Change of Mind: Not applicable for jewellery due to hygiene and security reasons
How to Initiate Exchange or Refund
For in-store purchases, visit our Tirupati store with the original invoice. For online orders, contact our customer service at 092469 99951 or email info@jpjewellery.in within the return window.
Exclusions
Custom-made jewellery, engraved pieces, and products with missing certificates cannot be returned or exchanged. Polki, Kundan, and antique finish pieces are subject to special evaluation.
